This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like all websites, our web server keeps short-lived technical logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
Booking an MOT
The booking form on this site is provided by SWARM, the garage software we use. When you book, we collect your name, contact details, vehicle registration and the time you've chosen, so we can carry out the MOT, contact you about it, and keep the records we're required to keep. Our lawful basis is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract. The booking form's own privacy details are here.
If you agree, we'll send you a reminder before your next MOT is due. You can ask us to stop at any time.
How long we keep it
Job and invoice records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements, then deleted. Vehicle lookups are cached for no more than three days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we don't need to keep it. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
